However, the print quality wasn’t ideal. The armor details were blurry, and there were several cracks in the model. After further communication, we learned that the customer had recently taken on a large order of World of Warcraft character models. When they used their previously trusted resin material, they found that the quality of this batch was significantly lower than before. This wasn’t the first time they encountered inconsistencies in material quality between batches, so they decided to switch to a different resin.

Solution: Standard Pro Resin elevates print quality

Having heard of the consistent quality of NextShapes, the customer reached out to us, asking if we could print an Arthas model using our Standard Pro Rigid Standard Resin to test the resin’s quality. We promptly arranged for the print.

Standard Pro Resin is the result of careful development by the NextShapes R&D team. Through continuous adjustments to the ratio of oligomers and epoxy resins and numerous print tests, the team identified the optimal mix to enhance both the resin’s detailed expression and physical performance. This resin combines hardness, strength, and toughness, ensuring that the printed parts are more durable, with excellent compressive and tensile strength, making them less prone to damage.

Customer feedback and industry recognition

Yesterday, the customer received the Arthas model we printed and was extremely satisfied with the results. They immediately ordered a batch of Standard Pro Resin and, considering they were using a Proson Sonic series 3D printer, we provided them with the corresponding print parameter package.

Standard Pro Resin has garnered the trust and favor of many customers and has become a highly praised bestseller in the industry. The positive feedback from this customer further solidifies Standard Pro Resin’s leadership position in the market. We will continue to strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and professional technical support.

A couple of days ago, I received several photos from a customer, showcasing their Lich King Arthas model printed with resin.
