Today, we completed a print task of more than 700 hilt samples for a customer and ready to pack and ship these samples.<\/p>\n

This customer initially purchased our ABS-Like Pro resin to print some small-size prototypes that required high details. As the customer was very satisfied with the molding accuracy, details and toughness of ABS-Like Pro, he decided to purchase ABS-Like Pro for a long time.<\/p>\n

Then one day, the customer told us that his order volume was too large to complete the print task alone. He hoped that we could help him print some samples with 355nm printers.<\/p>\n

According to the customer’s requirement of “good details performance”, we recommended general resin 8111X and shoe mold & head sculpture resin M2300 to him. In the beginning, the customer asked us to hollow out the hilt with a wall thickness of 1mm, but we thought that it was too thin. So we suggested using a wall thickness of 0.6mm for hollowing, and he adopted our advice.<\/p>\n

The next day after the printing was completed, we sent the samples to the customer. He then left the samples for a while to observe the performance of the resin. Finally, he said he was satisfied with the performance of both materials. After comprehensive consideration, he thought that M2300 was more suitable.<\/p>\n
