This\u00a03D resin\u00a0has a warm, smooth hue and fine touch similar to traditional casting wax straight after\u00a03D printing. Thanks to its optimized formula, alcohol cleaning easily removes residual\u00a03D resin\u00a0without leaving white marks in crevices.<\/p>\n “Easy cleaning means less time spent cleaning the parts and, more importantly, reduces the risk of detail breakage caused by improper cleaning,” Mr. Lin added. After secondary curing, the\u00a03D printed\u00a0material’s hardness is excellent, and during sanding, it crumbles into powder rather than chunkily peeling off. This makes the subsequent processes of filling and spraying much smoother.<\/p>\n This seamless experience across the\u00a03D printing, cleaning, and post-processing stages forms the core competitiveness of the studio. For anime models that demand the highest surface quality, they can skip complex polishing and go straight into the painting phase, which has earned them many orders from professional painters.<\/p>\n Although the studio also takes on industrial design verification orders, the founder’s passion has always remained in the anime and game peripheral fields. For them, creating exhibition samples for trendy toy studios or customizing limited-edition GK kits for experienced collectors is a more challenging and exciting business than mass production.<\/p>\n In traditional anime figure molding, after the prototype is made, it goes through a complicated silicone molding process (mold-making), which is not only time-consuming but also loses many details painstakingly sculpted by the original creator. This is especially problematic for complex structures with overhanging parts, where the division line between molds becomes tricky.<\/p>\n “Last month, we took an order to replicate a magical staff from a classic game. The original model had lots of tiny runes and gem slots. If we used traditional molding, these runes would have been hard to make out,”<\/span>\u00a0Mr. Lin demonstrated with the\u00a03D printed\u00a0product.\u00a0“We directly used Hight Resolution 8K Pro to\u00a03D print\u00a050 finished staff, then sanded and painted them for delivery. The client compared the\u00a03D printed\u00a0pieces with the traditional molded ones and said, ‘The runes you\u00a03D printed\u00a0look like they were carved, while the molded ones look like they were drawn on.'”<\/span><\/p>\n This direct-use\u00a03D printing\u00a0method is revolutionizing the production model for small studios and independent creators. He wanted to change the face,”<\/span>\u00a0Mr. Lin recalled.\u00a0“In the past, this would have been impossible, as changing a face meant altering the silicone mold. But that night, we received the revised file and\u00a03D printed\u00a0three different angles of the head sculpture with Hight Resolution 8K Pro.
